1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Regions & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. We reserve the right to amend shipping destinations and fees at any time.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with reliable carriers, primarily Delhivery, DTDC, and India post .
Standard Shipping: Delivery 5-10 business days.
Expedited Shipping (if available): Delivery 2-5 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information. We are not liable for delays once the package is handed to the carrier.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
5. Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. Reshipping will incur additional shipping fees.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international shipments (if applicable), the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We cannot predict or control these charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at wfindsclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation or the delivered date. We will work with the carrier to initiate a trace or claim. Please save all packaging and damaged items for inspection.
