Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wfinds Clothing. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review our policy below.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original condition with all tags attached within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • To start a return, please contact us at wfindsclothing@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA may not be processed.

2. Refunds

All sales are final – we do not offer returns.

  • Exchanges are only considered if there is a valid and justifiable reason.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be:
    Unworn, unused, and unwashed
    In its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached Undamaged and in resellable condition
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item).

3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes or colors.

  • To exchange an item, please initiate a return as per return policy for the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

4. Return Shipping & Instructions

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is returned damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.

  • Please include the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package. Send your return to the address we provide in your return authorization email.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wfindsclothing@gmail.com.

  • Please provide your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will cover the cost of return shipping for these issues and will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping) once the item is received back.

6. Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or sold at a special promotional discount are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before a refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
